Hey Everyone!
In the coming days we'll start a smoke test with BackerKit. About 5% of you will receive an email from BackerKit to confirm your pledges and mailing addresses. (Make sure your addresses are complete and correct, or your shipment may get lost!) Keep an eye out for it in your inbox. Check you spam or junk folder occasionally, too. It shouldn't end up there, but weirder things have happened.
After we confirm that the smoke test went through correctly then we'll send it on out to everyone.
Things are moving, and we're looking so forward to you all getting your copy(ies) of the game!!

Monthly Update #2: Late Pledging Available, Finalizing Designs and Rulebook, & Manufacturing

Hello Again Backers and Supporter!
It has been two months since our last update. While we originally planned to update you all every month, we have not had a lot going on to update you all with. We are continuing to work behind the scenes to finalize all of the design details and manufacturing and fulfillment contracts. Check out our detailed progress updates on the key items below.
1) Late Pledging
Late pledging is still available on BackerKit. Share High Noon Showdown with your friends and anyone that might have missed backing us during our original Kickstarter campaign. Anyone that is interested, can still commit to pre-ordering a copy of High Noon Showdown at our BackerKit page here: High Noon Showdown Pre-Order. Please note that we do not currently plan to have High Noon Showdown available for retail purchase and this crowdfunding campaign is currently the only opportunity for everyone to get a copy of the game.
2) Finalizing Design and Rules
We have still been working to finalize the game design and rules. The final rulebook has been completed, including the final copy edits. The second draft of the final design for all components have been completed. The quickplay guide cards are going through final design reviews now that the rulebook has been completed. The final component designs should be completed and sent over to the manufacture by the end of the month. We are currently weighing the benefits between two different box sizes.
3) Manufacturing and Fulfillment Progress
We have narrowed our manufacturing partners down to our primary and backup manufacturers and will be moving forward with a partner in China. They have assured us that they are not currently nor do they expect to experience manufacturing delays due to COVID or supply chain issues. We will keep you updated if anything changes. Fulfillment partners have been narrowed down to one of two potential partners. We will be getting final quotes from these both fulfillment partners using our final manufacturing quote once the game box size has been finalized.

Hello Backers and Supporters!
It has been a month since we successfully funded High Noon Showdown and we hope you have been enjoying the warmer weather as much as we have. We wanted to keep you all updated with our progress and have included where we are at on the key items below.
1) Late Pledging
We now have late pledging available on BackerKit. Please share High Noon Showdown with your friends and anyone that might have missed backing us during our original Kickstarter campaign. 2) Finalizing Design and Rules
We have been working to finalize the game design and rules over the past month. The rules have been finalized and we are currently working on updating the final design of the rulebook itself. This includes sending the rulebook through final edits and review. The first draft of the final design for all components have been completed with the exception of the quickplay guide cards. The quickplay guide cards will be completed as we finalize the rulebook design. The final component designs will be completed once we have selected our manufacturing partner and know what format they will require us to submit them in.
3) Manufacturing Progress
We have been looking around at alternative manufacturing options, including manufacturing in the U.S. Unfortunately, the costs are just too high (even considering reduced shipping) for us to continue pursuing domestic manufacturing of the high quality components we want to provide our backers. We are planning on moving forward with working with our manufacturing partners in China at this point in time. They have assured us that they are not currently nor do they expect to experience manufacturing delays due to COVID or supply chain issues. We will keep you updated if anything changes.

We are fully funded! Now what's next?

Hello Backers and Followers,
We did it; we are officially funded and will be moving forward with publishing High Noon Showdown! Designing and publishing High Noon Showdown has been such a great experience. We feel so blessed and loved to have everyone's support in making our dream a reality.
Now, what are the next steps moving forward? First off, we all plan to enjoy the week off, celebrating Easter with our family and friends, before coming back and diving into the process of getting High Noon Showdown 100% ready for production. This will consist of the following:
Put together and send out backer surveys
Set up late pledges on BACKERKIT, where backers and new followers can still choose to back or increase their backing of High Noon Showdown
Gather shipping addresses and information
Commission art for the Miner, the new character
Finalize the the tweaks and updates to the rulebook, including adding illustrations for setup and gameplay
Update the components from the prototype for the final production version of the game
Finalize the design files for the board game manufacturer
Sign the final contract with the board game manufacturer
Once we finalize the design files and send them over to the manufacturer, it becomes a waiting game. We will first get a production copy to make sure the game meets our expectations and standards. Once we make changes, if necessary, then we will move into full production. The final copies of High Noon Showdown will then be shipped out to backers via our distributors in China and the USA. We hope everyone will receive their copies of the game by the end of 2022, but we may face delays in the process; some backers may not receive their games until early 2023. We will be providing monthly updates along the way to keep you all aware of where we are at in the process. Look out for more updates and emails regarding the backer surveys and late pledges opening up in the near future. Please feel free to message us or comment with any questions in the meantime.

Fully Funded; Social Media; & Prototype Drawing

Backers and Followers,
We did it! We can now say we are officially fully funded! It has been an amazing ride so far and we feel blessed with all of the love and support we have received throughout the campaign. With that said, we still have about 21 hours left on the campaign. Please continue to post and share High Noon Showdown with everyone to help us continue to push beyond our funding goal. The more funding we get, the easier it will be to pass on some cost savings in shipping to our backers.
We are Fully Funded!!! Woot Woot!!!
We are also still a ways away from our social media goal of 1,000 followers on Instagram, but are going to go ahead celebrate our funding by committing to drawing at least one winner from our Instagram and Facebook followers for a free prototype copy of High Noon Showdown. We will give an extra drawing entry to anyone that shares our Instagram or Facebook post (links below) and tags @adventurebrosgaming.
