Social Media Challenge & Character Story Update #2

Hello Backers and Followers!

We have been making steady progress on the campaign, but are pushing to make even bigger progress towards meeting our goal in the next few weeks.  That is why we are introducing our Social Media Challenge. To start off, we are guaranteeing to give away at least one prototype copy of High Noon Showdown once we reach 1,000 followers on both Instagram and Facebook. We will draw the winner from our current followers in each social media platform at the end of the Kickstarter campaign. So make sure you get out there, follow us, share our pages, and get your friends to follow us on social media. We look forward to seeing how many people we can reach together! Expansion Update 1: The Dusty Trails

Hello Backers!

We are happy to introduce our first expansion to you, The Dusty Trails deck.  The Dusty Trails deck adds action cards to gameplay. The action cards are added to the main decks and can be played at any time during the Draw Phase or Attack Phase. We have added fun action cards like Long Rifle, which takes a life coin from a player at any time; or Snake Bite, which freezes another player until they discard their hand or give up a life coin. Stay tuned for the second expansion to be officially released later this week! And remember, all expansions are included with every Kickstarter copy of High Noon Showdown!

Amazing First 24 hours & Character Story Update 1

Hello Backers and Followers!

It has amazing first 24 hours of the campaign. We have been overwhelmed with the support and encouragement we have received so far and want to thank everyone who has backed the project to date. After launching the game at High Noon yesterday, March 18th, we had the honor of hosting a launch party for High Noon Showdown. The party was a great hit. Multiple games were going at once with diverse and dynamic strategies being used across the board including taking advantages of the unique character abilities, forming temporary alliances, and making the most of the soon to be released expansion cards! After all the fun last night, we already stand just under 30% funded and look forward at seeing what the rest of the weekend holds.

We are also happy to announce our plan for the High Noon Showdown character updates for the duration of the Kickstarter campaign. Every few days we will be sending out an update with a background story, by our very own Luke Schnell, for each of game characters. Meet the first character to be introduced, the Cowboy, with his story below! Up next will be the notorious Outlaw!
