Alright, time for another update! 

Shipping & Fulfillment

All backers should be enjoying their own copy of High Noon Showdown as long as we received their shipping address and payments. If you have not received your order yet, it is most likely from not completing the pledge manager on BackerKit. We still have a few backers that have not locked in their addresses and/or paid for shipping. We are working to finalize these details and collect payments for shipping from these last few backers. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions with BackerKit or your orders.

We have been enjoying getting to hear the feedback from everyone getting to play High Noon Showdown. We look forward to hearing more about everyone's experience and getting feedback from all of our backers. What's Next?

More High Noon Showdown! There are still plenty of copies of High Noon Showdown available for purchase, so let all your friends know they can still get a copy for themselves! Our plan is to work with local game stores here in Lexington, KY to sell High Noon Showdown in addition to having an option for purchasing copies online. It is in the works to sell copies locally and plan additional demo events of High Noon Showdown at Chaotic Good and D20 here in Lexington  We also plan to attend future conferences and conventions and continue to demo High Noon Showdown. Hello,

We have rounded the final turn! We have been working hard this last week to work on fulfillment and get High Noon Showdown on its way to you!

Local Pickup Event  

We were excited to be able to host the local pickup event at Chaotic Good here in Lexington, KY. It was a lot of fun getting to meet some of our backers and play a few rounds of High Noon Showdown. We were able to get a few quick pictures of the event, including one of all of us and our artist, Jacob C., and another one of your youngest fan!

High Noon Showdown Is On It's Way 

We have been putting a lot of effort in the last week to make sure we had orders shipped out to our backers this week. The first round of shipments went out on Monday, August 21st and we already have reports of backers receiving their copies of High Noon Showdown (see the proof below)! Be keeping an eye out for shipments arriving in the next few days. Everyone who had their orders shipped should have received an email with their tracking number (see the next section if you didn't get a tracking number). We are looking forward to hearing more about everyone playing High Noon Showdown and getting feedback from all of our backers. We encourage everyone to please leave us a review on Board Game Geek letting us know your thoughts.

Whats Next?

Lots of stuff! There are still plenty of copies of High Noon Showdown available for purchase, so let all your friends know they can still get a copy for themselves! Our plan is to work with local game stores here in Lexington, KY to sell High Noon Showdown in addition to having an option for purchasing copies online. It is in the works to plan another event at Chaotic Good here in Lexington where we will demo High Noon Showdown and invite anyone to come and join us to play the game. We also plan to attend future conferences and conventions and continue to demo High Noon Showdown. While that is all exciting, we will first be focusing our energy on ensuring that we fulfill all of our backers' orders. We are happy to announce that  High Noon Showdown has arrived safely in Lexington, KY! We have reviewed the final copies and everything is looking great and we are preparing for final fulfilment to our backers. Check out some photos of the shipment and final copies below!

BackerKit, Shipping Addresses, & Shipping Payments

Fulfilment, Local Pickup, & Final Delivery

We are now working on organizing shipping or local pickup of the final copies of High Noon Showdown to our backers. The next few weeks will consist of us working to prepare for packaging and shipping High Noon Showdown. We will be sending out notifications to backers once the final shipments have gone out. Backers can expect to see notifications sometime in the next two to three weeks. 

We are also hosting a local pickup for High Noon Showdown at Chaotic Good: Coffee, Comics, and Games in Lexington, KY on Sunday, August 20th, from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM. So please feel free to swing by, say hi, and pick up your copies of the game then! Details for the event can be found on Facebook.

Backerkit and Distribution Updates!

Hello Friends!

It has been a while since our last update and it is time to let you all know where we are with High Noon Showdown! We have been really busy the last few weeks and have a lot to share, including updates with shipping addresses locking, credit cards getting charged for shipping, and dates for when you can expect to have your orders in hand! We are almost there and even closer to getting High Noon Showdown into your hands. Check out all of the detailed updates below!

Backerkit Survey & Locking in Shipping Addresses

A final notice has been sent out through BackerKit for all of our supporters to lock in their shipping addresses, delivery options, and shipping payments (if not choosing local pickup in Lexington, KY). Keep an eye out for the email notification to go through and make sure you have completed your survey and that all of your information is correct and/or updated before everything is locked in at midnight, June 17th EST.  You can check out the details of your order at BackerKit. Charging Credit Cards on BackerKit

We had previously posted an update that we would charge cards for shipping in May, but had some delays in manufacturing and distribution that resulted in us postponing charging credit cards.  We first wanted to make sure we were finished with manufacturing and High Noon Showdown was being shipped on its way to us for distributed (hint hint). That said, we have set the date for charging credit cards as June 30th. So keep an eye out and expect to see a charge on your cards for shipping and additional preorders then and know it is just us and not a scam/hack/etc.

Manufacturing, Distribution, and Final Delivery

As I hinted at before... we are officially done with manufacturing!!! We are paid up with the manufacturer and have coordinated with our distributor to deliver High Noon Showdown to us in Kentucky for us to manage the final delivery to you! 

Our shipment of High Noon Showdown was picked up in Ningbo, China on June 14, 2023, is currently on its way to the United States, and expected to arrive in Kentucky in the middle of July. You can follow High Noon Showdown by tracking the status and location of our shipping vessel GRETE MAERSK. I know we will be watching it closely!

We will update you again once we receive the shipment and start coordinating the final delivery of High Noon Showdown.

Last Survey Reminder - Backerkit Preorder Charges

HEYO EVERYONE!!

Things are finally reaching the final stages: Manufacturing then Distribution. We couldn't be any more excited to get the game into your hands! There have been many hurdles, setbacks, and just general life-business slowing us down and causing delays, but we're getting there whether we run, walk, or have to crawl across that finish line!

AS A FINAL REMINDER:

Check your addresses in Backerkit, make sure you've completed your survey! If you need a reminder how to get there, send us an email: [email protected]. We'll hook you up with the link to yours. 

For those of you late to the party that preordered on the Backerkit website, we will be charging your card on May 5th. So make sure your information is correct and up-to-date!
